So Jill has been going on an organization adventure (a form of her heaven, it's true) with the craft stuff, office papers, and tools. By the weekend, we will likely have a true update on said organization adventure.
But for now, I (Jill) just have to share this quick, easy and fun project I quickly did last night when trying to figure out a way to organize a pile of ribbons.
Before we get started, I need to include a:
DISCLAIMER... I have no idea how this will actually work once I actually start using ribbon, but for now, they all have a nice little organized home.
Confession: I have an addiction of saving old containers. When we moved to our new house, we probably took at least 2 bags of stuff I had been saving to the recycling center since we don't have quite as much space in this new house. Thankfully, this huge oatmeal container made the cut.
All I did to create this ribbon storage was cut little triangular flaps out of the side of the container and then thread ribbon through. Repeated that step until I had no more ribbon left.
See the inside is kind a massive mess, so I'm really not sure how functional this will actually be.....
But for now it just looks cute next our new addition, Mr. Piggy.
PS- I am linking up to this PARTY!!!

Great idea, Jill! I'm working on organizing my ribbons too...so messy!!
